Analisis kepuasan mahasiswa Pendidikan IPA menggunakan learning management system Brightspace pada matakuliah Mitigasi Bencana

Abstract

Berbagai teknologi pembelajaran digunakan untuk menunjang proses pembelajaran agar lebih efektif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian empiris yang bertujuan untuk mengukur kepuasan mahasiswa selama proses pembelajaran menggunakan Learning Management System (LMS) Brightspace. Subyek penelitian menggunakan metode acak pada 3 kelas pada program studi pendidikan IPA yang dipilih dan kuesioner kepuasan telah diberikan kepada mahasiswa. Data yang telah dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis dan dikonfirmasi dengan menerapkan analiss faktor konfirmatif. Model persamaan struktural digunakan untuk menganalisis peneltian ini. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa pengaturan lingkungan, dimensi sosial efikasi diri menggunakan komputer, dan strategi metakognitif secara langsung mempengaruhi kepuasan mahasiswa dalam menggunakan LMS Brightspace, sedangkan variabel penetapan tujuan mahasiswa secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi kepuasan mahasiswa serta penataan lingkungan tidak berpengaruh kepada dimensi sosial mahasiswa selama mengikuti pembelajaran berbasis Brightspace. Hasil penelitian ini akan membantu dosen serta institusi pendididikan tinggi uuntuk meningkatkan LMS atau platfrom e-learning mereka dalam pembelajaran berbasis digital.
