Upaya Meningkatkan Motivasi Instrinsik Anak-Anak TPQ Dalam Pembelajaran PAI Di Madrasah Diniyah Tarbiyatul Mubtadi'en Kelurahan Campurejo

Abstract

Madrasah Diniyah Tarbiyatul Mubtadi'en perlu meningkatkan motivasi instrinsik anak-anak dalam pembelajaran PAI di TPQ mereka. Aktivitas yang dilaksanakan untuk menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan, memberikan penghargaan atas prestasi anak, memberikan tantangan dan kesempatan untuk belajar mandiri, dan mendorong rasa keingintahuan dan minat pada pembelajaran agama Islam. Aktivitas pengabdian masyarakat akan dilakukan dengan metode ceramah dan tes hafalan. Pencapaian baik pada tes hafalan akan diberi nilai 75-100. Upaya perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan motivasi instrinsik anak-anak TPQ di Madrasah Diniyah Tarbiyatul Mubtadi'en adalah menumbuhkan kepercayaan diri, memberikan lingkungan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan, memberikan tantangan, memberikan kebebasan, dan memberikan motivasi dari dalam diri. Ustadz dan Ustadzah perlu memperhatikan keunikan dan perbedaan setiap anak dalam melakukan upaya perbaikan. Hal ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja pembelajaran PAI di Madrasah Diniyah Tarbiyatul Mubtadi'en Kelurahan Campurejo.

Madrasah Diniyah Tarbiyatul Mubtadi'en needs to increase children's intrinsic motivation in learning PAI in their TPQ. Activities carried out to create a pleasant learning atmosphere, reward children's achievements, provide challenges and opportunities for independent learning, and encourage curiosity and interest in Islamic religious learning. Community service activities will be carried out by lecture methods and rote tests. Good achievement on the rote test will be given a score of 75-100. Improvement efforts that can be made to increase the intrinsic motivation of TPQ children in Madrasah Diniyah Tarbiyatul Mubtadi'en are fostering self-confidence, providing a fun learning environment, providing challenges, providing freedom, and providing motivation from within. Ustadz and Ustadzah need to pay attention to the uniqueness and differences of each child in making improvement efforts. This is expected to improve PAI learning performance at Madrasah Diniyah Tarbiyatul Mubtadi'en Campurejo Village.
